Elegant and timeless; welcome to Holdren's Steaks & Seafood. All of our steaks are U.S.D.A. prime Midwestern corn fed beef, which are aged to our exact specifications. Flavorful and tender, we charbroil all of them over our mesquite grill.

 

Try the "Cowboy Cut" - Holdren's Signature Steak - a 24 oz. prime bone-in rib chop served with our spicy onion rings. Our Fresh seafood selection includes Tiger prawns wrapped in apple wood smoked bacon and a very popular seared Hawaiian ahi.
